"THE WORST BULLY"
A Speech
By: Allyson Jane Cruz
Today, I’ve decided to discuss the worst bully that we can encounter in life. Well, let me say that the bully is well informed about your life. He knows about your failures and past mistakes and guesses what, he is very close to you. Want to know who the traitor is? It’s you. The voice inside your head that is slowly killing your confidence, the voice that is always saying “you aren’t good enough; you can’t do it.”
The worst part of this bullying is that you can’t escape, you can’t escape from yourself. But you can evolve, reform, and love yourself. Start loving yourself, start seeing your worth and start the journey with the new faith and self-confidence.
As an ending, I would like to state a quote. “The worst lies are the ones we tell ourselves. The worst verbal abuse comes from our tongue. The most negative influence is the devil on our shoulders. The cruelest judge is the one staring back in the mirror. The person withholding the love you need is you. No one will ever outdo you at your mind-games. You must stop doing this to yourself!”
